Cajun Shrimp Saute’

Do you have the taste for some simple seafood? Give this Cajun Shrimp Saute recipe a try.

This recipe yields 2 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Italian Parsley

  • 2 slices Thick Bacon, cut

  • 9 oz. Angel hair Pasta, pasta of choice

  • 10 to 12 Jumbo Shrimp, Deveined Shrimp and Peeled

  • 2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 Cup diced tomatoes

  • ¾ cup White wine

  • 2 Teaspoons chopped garlic

  • ½ cup diced Shallot

  • 1 x Lemon, juice

Directions:

  1. Boil water to boil Pasta for 5 minutes. If using Fettucine boil for 7 minutes until Al dente.

  2. In Sauce pan, cook bacon on medium to high heat. Cook until almost done. Pasta should be done at this time.

  3. Season Shrimp with cajun season and place in Saute’ pan and cook for 1 minute. Stir in garlic and shallots, then diced tomatoes and pour in white wine cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Pour in lemon juice and top with Parsley and served on top of Pasta.
