Homemade Alfredo Sauce

This Alfredo Sauce recipe yields 2 servings.
Ingredients:
16 oz. Heavy cream
¼ cup milk
8 oz. Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon, minced garlic
2 tablespoon butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
In sauce pot, melt butter and mix in garlic on medium high heat. Do not burn.
Pour milk and heavy cream in pot, whisk constantly to prevent from burning.
Mix in Parmesan make sure heavy cream is hot before pouring in Parmesan cheese. Whisk in until melted.
Continue to mix until the Alfredo has thickened.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
