Sausage & Spinach Linguine Pasta

Have the taste for something Italian? Try out this sausage and spinach linguine pasta dish.

This recipe yields 4 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. Turkey Sausage

  • 8 oz. Linguine Pasta

  • 1 Tablespoon, minced garlic

  • 2 cups Alfredo

  • ½ cup Red wine

  • 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning

  • 4 cups, fresh spinach

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Alfredo Sauce: (2 servings)

  • 16 oz. Heavy cream

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 8 oz. Grated Parmesan

  • 1 tablespoon, minced garlic

Directions:

  1. Boil water for Pasta , place pasta in pot and let it cook for 7 minutes or until Al dente.

  2. In sauce pan cook ground sausage until almost done pour off access grease from sausage. Mix in garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  3. Pour in red wine and let it cook for 5 minutes until alcohol is cooked out mix in Alfredo that was cooked. After its done fold in the spinach.

  4. Place pasta in a bowl, pour sausage sauté over it then serve.
